HISTORY
Bethel Family Counseling & Outreach Services (BFCOC) began as the sprouting seed of a vision held by the Reverend R.B. Holmes, Jr. and members of Bethel Missionary Baptist Church. It is a not-for-profit charitable organization. The program began operating in 2001 and was then housed at the Bethel Family Life Center located at 406 N. Bronough Street. On May 27, 2004, Reverend Holmes, staff, and guests celebrated the grand opening of Bethel Family Counseling & Outreach Center. The new location is 471 West Tennessee Street, next door to the Bethel Family Restaurant.
